The deadline for responses to this market research notice is December 30, 2025.
No specific incumbents, current contractors, or award values are identified in this Pre-Solicitation Notice. This is a market research effort rather than a formal solicitation, and no reimbursement will be made for costs incurred in responding. The notice does not specify quantity volumes, contract duration, or expected award amounts, as the primary objective is to gather information about potential sources and assess the viability of small business or ISBEE set-aside status for future procurement. Respondents must confirm their socioeconomic status, which may include ISBEE, Small Business, HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, or Woman-Owned Small Business certifications. False or misleading information provided during this market research phase could result in legal penalties under federal statute, and contract awards under the Buy Indian Act may be subject to protest if an offeror's eligibility is subsequently questioned.
