About this opportunity
The U.S. Army's Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Eustis is conducting a Sources Sought Notice for a Multi-Agency/Activity Computer Purchase. The procurement involves acquiring computer equipment including laptops, monitors, docking stations, tablets, and specialized workstations for various military organizations, including the United States Military Academy at West Point and the Defense Foreign Language Institute. Key contract requirements include TAA compliance, Energy Star certification, and specific technical specifications such as Intel Core Ultra processors, DDR5 memory configurations, and comprehensive warranty coverage. The evaluation will focus on small businesses' capabilities to meet technical requirements, previous experience with similar contracts, and ability to provide competitive pricing. Interested small businesses must respond by February 21, 2025, with detailed information about their firm, small business status, and technical capabilities.

Interested small businesses from various socioeconomic categories, including 8(a) Business Development Program, Small Disadvantaged Business, HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, and Women-Owned Small Business concerns, are encouraged to demonstrate their capabilities.
