Responses are due by 5:00 PM Central Time on October 7, 2026, and must be submitted to Shelley.A.Howard@faa.gov. The FAA requests email submissions only and explicitly discourages phone inquiries. The procurement falls under NAICS 513210 (Software Publishers) and PSC 7A20 (IT and Telecom—Application Development Software, Perpetual License Software).
