About this opportunity
The Department of Health and Human Services Indian Health Service is conducting a market research survey for orthodontic non-personal healthcare services at the Albuquerque Indian Dental Clinic. The agency seeks to identify qualified small business providers capable of delivering orthodontic services for 55 days over an 11-week period, with services required 40 hours per week. Interested businesses must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP), and submit a comprehensive Statement of Capabilities demonstrating their ability to manage services. Potential respondents are required to provide detailed information about their business, including company name, address, DUNS number, and size classification. The market research response deadline is February 14, 2025, at 12:00 PM Mountain Time, with all submissions to be sent to Stephanie Begay via email.
The pre-solicitation notice indicates a potential 100% set-aside for either Small Business Indian Firms or small business concerns, with specific emphasis on identifying businesses that meet various socioeconomic criteria. Respondents must clarify if they are a Small Business Indian Firm, Veteran-Owned small business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned business, woman-owned business, or standard small business. While no specific contract value is mentioned, businesses are expected to provide past performance details including contract dollar values, number of employees, skill ranges, and previous contract points of contact. The procurement is specifically categorized under NAICS code 621210 for Offices of Dentists and PSC code Q503 for Medical-Dentistry services. Importantly, this is a pure market research exercise, and responses will help the government determine the appropriate acquisition approach for future solicitation.
