About this opportunity
The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Pacific (NAVFAC Pacific) is conducting a market survey to identify alternative sources for dedicated network switches that meet the specifications of the Cisco Systems, Inc. Catalyst 9300 for a Direct Digital Control (DDC) System supporting Military Construction Project P-1181 at Naval Base Guam. The evaluation will assess the technical compatibility and performance equivalence of submitted products against the specified baseline requirements. Responses to this sources sought notice must be submitted electronically to Ms. Jamie Ikeda at jamie.m.ikeda.civ@us.navy.mil by November 6, 2025, and should include comprehensive technical data rather than company brochures, as this is a market research notification and not a formal solicitation for proposals or bids.
