The project requires a comprehensive turnkey solution to upgrade hardware and software supporting the Secure Voice Unified Communications Manager to its most current versions, specifically in Building 941 Room B3 Classified. Contractors must provide full project management services including design, engineering, installation, configuration, network integration, migration, and testing. Central Standard Time on April 15, 2025, and must be submitted via email to Jordan Johnson (Contract Specialist) and Jeremy Kersey (Contracting Officer).

Contractors must have appropriate security clearances, use only new (not refurbished) equipment, and provide 24x7 support with next business day onsite service. The project requires implementing Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) hardening and ensuring all new equipment is Trade Agreement Act (TAA) compliant.
