About this opportunity
The 763rd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron is seeking charter bus services to support the 2025 Airlift/Tanker Association Symposium in Nashville, Tennessee. The procurement requires three to six 50+ passenger buses with professional drivers to provide non-stop shuttle service between Nashville International Airport, the Air National Guard Ramp at Berry Field, and the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. Contractors must have authorization to operate at both BNA and ANGR Berry Field, provide buses with separate baggage compartments, and ensure drivers possess current REAL ID-compliant licenses and professional uniforms. The evaluation will prioritize on-time airport arrival, passenger safety, clear communication capabilities, vehicle condition, and adequate passenger and luggage capacity. Interested vendors must submit four-page capabilities statements by 4:00 PM Central Time on September 19, 2025, with the services scheduled for November 5, 6, and 9, 2025.
This opportunity is set aside for small businesses under NAICS code 485510 (Charter Bus Industry) with a size standard of $19 million, and specifically targets various small business categories including Small Disadvantaged Businesses, HUBZone firms, 8(a) certified companies, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, and Woman-Owned Small Businesses. The service timeline spans three specific dates with operations from 0345 to 2000 Central Standard Time, requiring three buses on November 5th and six buses on November 6th and 9th. Each bus must accommodate 50-55 passengers with their luggage, and the contractor must provide an on-site coordinator for communication and coordination throughout each service day. No incumbent contractor or specific budget range is identified in the sources sought notice, though the scope indicates a limited-duration engagement focused on supporting this annual military aviation symposium.
