Interested firms must submit a capability statement by December 1, 2025, including their firm name, address, point of contact, CAGE code, UEI number, and relevant experience. The Government has not yet established specific evaluation criteria at this pre-solicitation stage; however, responses to this announcement will inform whether the final solicitation is set aside for small businesses or issued unrestricted.

The contract will be structured as a firm-fixed price agreement with a five-year performance period spanning March 2026 through September 2030. The scope covers approximately 26.48 acres of maintained grounds requiring regular mowing, edging, trimming, debris removal, and seasonal maintenance activities across multiple recreation areas. No incumbent contractor information has been disclosed in this sources sought announcement. Following review of capability statements submitted by the December 1, 2025, deadline, the Government will publish a formal solicitation on sam.gov if it proceeds with the project; responses to this pre-solicitation notice do not constitute adequate responses to the future solicitation and bidders will need to submit formal proposals when the full solicitation is released.
