This procurement is set aside for Total Small Business.
Work encompasses eighteen Amerex Model 775/776R 150-pound Wheeled Novec 1230 extinguishers and one Amerex Model B674/B675 extinguisher, to be serviced at the contractor's off-base facility with secure pickup and return delivery from AAFB Fire Station 1. Period of performance exceeds 12 months.
All contractor personnel must hold active certifications for clean-agent systems (Novec 1230 and Haolotron 1230), Original Equipment Manufacturer competency, and Department of Transportation Hazardous Materials handling. Personnel performing hydrostatic testing must possess a valid DOT Retester Identification Number. The contractor assumes full liability for units upon custody and must remediate all off-site damage or loss at no additional cost to the Government. Deliverables include a Service Completion Report per batch and Certifications of Technician Qualification within five calendar days of award. Government evaluation prioritizes 100 percent NFPA compliance, 95 percent on-time delivery, and 100 percent certified personnel.
