The Statement of Work mandates 24/7 staffing including a Facility Director with a minimum four-year degree in social/behavioral sciences and two years supervisory experience, case managers at one per 30 residents, and employment placement specialists. The facility must provide 25 continuous square feet of unencumbered space per resident and comply with NFPA Life Safety Code, ASHRAE standards, ABA accessibility, NEC electrical standards, and OSHA regulations. All staff require 40 hours training prior to resident contact (16 hours may be on-the-job) and 20 hours annual refresher training.
