This solicitation involves no set-aside designations and encompasses insurance coverage for 108 U.S. Government-owned vehicles organized into six coverage tiers with varying protection levels, ranging from third-party liability only to full comprehensive coverage. The contract period runs for 12 months from April 1, 2026, through April 1, 2027, covering vehicles at the U.S. Embassy Seoul, Consulate Busan, and DHS/Container Security Initiative facilities in Busan. All pricing must be submitted in Korean Won without value-added tax, as the Embassy holds a tax exemption certificate. Minimum coverage requirements include unlimited third-party bodily injury, ¥100,000,000 third-party property damage, ¥30,000,000 own bodily injury where applicable, and ¥200,000,000 uninsured automobile damage for comprehensive policies. Offerors must provide proof of SAM registration, completed representations and certifications, and evidence of business capability to meet the Embassy's operational requirements.
