About this opportunity

The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) has issued a Special Notice for a sole source contract to provide preventative maintenance services for STERIS equipment at Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARFORSOC) in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. This sole source contract will be awarded to Sustainment Technologies, LLC, the original equipment manufacturer's authorized service provider, for a 5-year period from August 1, 2024 to July 31, 2029.

The purpose of this sole source contract is to ensure the continued maintenance and operation of the STERIS equipment used by MARFORSOC. The justification for sole sourcing is that the services are only available from the original equipment manufacturer, and awarding to any other source would result in substantial duplication of costs to the government that cannot be recovered through competition. Sustainment Technologies, LLC has an agreement with the original manufacturer to provide STERIS services and parts to the government. The deadline for this opportunity is July 19, 2024, and it is set aside for small businesses.
