Delivery is required within 30 days of award to USDA-ARS Coastal Plains Soil, Water & Plant Research Center, Florence, South Carolina. The platform must be mountable to multiple vehicle types including tractors, UTVs, and trucks, and must map a minimum of 100 acres per day. The system requires real-time data viewing software and GPS integration for precise georeferenced mapping of soil variables. No government-furnished items will be provided.
The government will make one firm-fixed-price award and evaluate using lowest price technically acceptable criteria.
