The contractor will be responsible for removing snow at three-inch accumulation thresholds, immediately addressing icy conditions, applying sand and salt as needed, and maintaining all equipment in serviceable condition across parking areas, sidewalks, driveways, gates, and HVAC areas totaling approximately 7,848 square feet. Key requirements include compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; provision of before and after time-stamped photographic documentation; submission of monthly inspection checklists; and completion of antiterrorism and operations security training. No incumbent contractor or specific award value is identified in this pre-solicitation notice, and no funds are available to reimburse respondents for preparation costs. The government has emphasized that responses to this sources sought notice are purely voluntary and non-binding, with no obligation to award a contract; however, interested parties are advised to monitor the Government-wide Point of Entry for the eventual formal solicitation, which will be released as either a Request for Quote, Invitation for Bid, or Request for Proposal.
