The contractor bears costs for equipment, maintenance, and damage repair. The contract consists of a 12-month base period commencing November 1, 2026, and concluding October 31, 2027, plus four optional 12-month periods. Total estimated contract value is $226,654.60 over the base period. Award will use Lowest Price Technically Acceptable methodology, with technical acceptability evaluated on a pass/fail basis.
