The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 16 is seeking qualified vendors to provide one new skid steer loader with attachments for the Fayetteville VA Medical Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas, with responses due by May 11, 2026 at 12:00 PM Central Time. This is a sources sought notice (solicitation 36C25626Q0758) with no set-aside used.
The equipment specification requires a 300 (T4) NA Series 3.2 skid steer loader or equivalent, featuring 12 x 16.5 10PR HD wide track tires (approximately 71.7-inch width), an enclosed cab with heating and air conditioning, high-flow hydraulics equivalent to VLS T4/S5 with creep speed capability, parallel lift capability, and a smooth-ride vibration-reducing system. Required attachments include a general-purpose bucket (approximately 78-inch width, 6.7 cubic feet capacity), 48-inch forks with carriage, a mulcher attachment equivalent to FECON RK6015, and a tree spade attachment capable of 18-26 inch ball diameter with approximately 25-degree cutting angle. Additional features must include a rear-view camera, roof guard, light guards, A/C guard, joystick controls with 7-way multi-function capability, reversing fan, and air-suspension seat.
Delivery is required as soon as possible after contract award to Warehouse Building 8 at the Fayetteville facility. The contractor must provide 1–2 hours of operator orientation covering safety, controls, and HVAC operation, plus factory or OEM-authorized maintenance and repair training for at least one VA employee.
