The Performance Work Statement indicates services will be performed at AMC Gordon, Building 300, East Hospital Road, Fort Gordon, Georgia 30905, with pickup and delivery occurring between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding government holidays. The contract employs a Firm Fixed Price arrangement for two primary line items—Shredding & Destruction Services and Document Storage Services—each with a 12-month base period and options for annual renewal through 2031. Additionally, an annual one-time bulk purge (historically 20 pallets) may be required, and the contractor must ensure compliance with small business subcontracting limitations, maintaining no more than 50% of services provided by subcontractors.
