About this file
This file is a Consolidated Vendors Questions and Answers document addressing inquiries from potential offerors regarding solicitation W9124926RA018 for Shredding/Storage services. The document does not address specific products, services, pricing, or contract terms; rather, it provides clarification on procedural matters related to the solicitation process.
The Q&A addresses three key inquiries: (1) confirmation that this is not a brand-new contract and that an incumbent contractor currently performs these services, though specific details about the previous contract number and value must be obtained through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request submitted to the Department of the Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC); (2) guidance that interested vendors should submit requests for the full Request for Proposal (RFP) in accordance with FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors for Commercial Products and Commercial Services under Deviation 2026-O0038; and (3) reiteration of the FOIA process for obtaining incumbent contract information. No pricing information, response deadlines, award dates, or other substantive contract requirements are included in this document.
