About this opportunity

This pre-solicitation notice seeks proposals to provide shipboard multifunction devices, single function devices, and specialty devices under an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract for the Defense Logistics Agency and other government agencies including the Navy, Military Sealift Command, Coast Guard, and Fleet Marine Forces. The potential seven-year IDIQ contract requires the contractor to supply a minimum of six classes of multifunction devices in both A3 and A4 paper sizes, two classes of single function devices, and two classes of specialty devices. Related technical, analyst, maintenance, supply, and training services are also within scope. Proposals will be evaluated using lowest price technically acceptable criteria, with the draft RFP outlining device, service, and pricing requirements. Proposals are due by January 14, 2019.

There is no set-aside designation for this procurement. The devices and services are intended for use aboard various surface and subsurface vessels. Evaluation will consider the ability of offerors to meet the requirements in the performance work statement at the lowest price. As the incumbent contract expires, this pre-solicitation provides advance notice of the agency's requirement for continued provision of these shipboard devices and support services estimated to value over $100 million across the seven-year period of performance.
