About this opportunity

The Executive Office for United States Attorneys, Department of Justice, is seeking secure parking services for the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Middle District of Tennessee. The solicitation requires a contractor to provide thirty reserved parking spaces within a strict 3-block radius of the Fred D. Thompson U.S. Courthouse and Federal Building located at 719 Church Street, Nashville, Tennessee. The parking facility must be accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without any exclusions, with spaces reserved exclusively for USAO staff and secured by an overnight security presence from sunset to sunrise. The government will award this firm fixed-price service contract to the lowest-price technically acceptable offeror. Quotes are due September 17, 2025 at 1:00 PM Eastern via email to the contracting officer, and no written solicitation will be issued beyond this combined synopsis/solicitation.

This procurement does not utilize any set-aside designation and appears to be a recompete of an existing contract, as evidenced by the incumbent contract number 15JA7525P00000029 mentioned in the Q&A document. The contract structure includes a base year from November 1, 2025 to October 31, 2026, with four potential one-year option periods extending through October 31, 2030, providing a maximum contract duration of five years. While specific award values are not disclosed, the pricing schedule requires unit prices for all thirty parking spaces across each contract period. The services will be performed in Nashville, Tennessee, with the contractor responsible for providing both the physical parking spaces and the required overnight security personnel to ensure the safety of government employees and their vehicles. The solicitation falls under NAICS code 812930 for Parking Lots and Garages and PSC code X1LZ for Lease/Rental of Parking Facilities.
