Price quotations must include all costs associated with meeting USCG packaging requirements to be considered for award. The solicitation was posted on November 25, 2025, with quotations due by December 2, 2025.

This is a standard competitive procurement with no set-aside designations applied. No specific award value or budget range is disclosed in the solicitation notice.
