About this opportunity

The Secretary of the Air Force General Counsel (SAF/GC) and the Air Force District of Washington Contracting Directorate are conducting market research for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) services to support up to 100 individual users, primarily serving SAF/GC attorneys at the Pentagon. The procurement seeks an unlimited subscription service providing thousands of live and on-demand legal training programs across various practice areas, with courses that must be current, enhance legal skills, and be approved for CLE credit in all 50 states and U.S. territories. Training must be accessible on both mobile devices and desktops, with the contractor responsible for tracking and reporting CLE credits to state and territorial bar associations. Interested businesses must submit capability statements including their CAGE/SAM UEI, applicable small business socio-economic categories, and descriptions of services they can provide relative to the Statement of Work. The deadline for responses to this Request for Information is September 3, 2025, just one week after the posting date of August 27, 2025.

This opportunity does not utilize any set-aside designation and is open to all qualified contractors. The Statement of Work indicates the contract structure will include an initial base year with four potential option years, though no specific award values or budget ranges are disclosed in the pre-solicitation notice. The service requirement specifically targets up to 80 SAF/GC attorneys with an option for 20 additional users, totaling the maximum 100 users mentioned in the opportunity description. No incumbent contractors are identified in the available documentation, suggesting this may be a new procurement or one where the government is exploring alternative providers. The contract will be classified under NAICS code 611430 for Professional and Management Development Training and PSC code U008 for Education/Training-Training/Curriculum Development.
