The contract period runs from June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027, with four one-year option periods extending through May 31, 2031. The contract is firm-fixed-price. Evaluation criteria include technical approach, price, and relevant experience with prior tree trimming and weed control contracts. Contractors must submit VA Form 10091, W-9, SAM registration proof, and VAAR 852.219-75 and -76 certifications. CONTINUATION PAGE

Question: It appears that the last time this contract was solicited in 2020, the scope was 180 trees. Now that number has dropped to 60. Can you confirm that the other 120 trees are not part of this contract? Or does the number 60 only refer to the palms?

Answer: Confirming that 60 trees are what we entered in our scope of work and palms are included in that number.

Answer provided by facility SME.
