Pickup is scheduled Monday through Saturday between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM, with container return within 60 minutes; organic waste and recyclables follow alternate schedules. The contractor must maintain containers in clean condition, provide weight tickets for each pickup, submit monthly spreadsheets to the Contracting Officer's Representative, and repair or replace equipment within 30 days.
Evaluation addresses technical capability (mobilization and contingency plans) and past performance (two to four references within five years). Service Contract Act prevailing wage rates apply per Wage Determination No. 2015-5609, Revision 29, effective May 13, 2026, for Fresno County.
