About this opportunity

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Martinsburg VA Medical Center, issued a sole-source intent announcement on July 23, 2026, for continued cable television services to DIRECTV, with a response deadline of August 7, 2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time. The award will be a single-source purchase order at lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) based on a firm fixed price quote, with performance of one base year plus four optional years.

The service supports approximately 390 patient television connections in care rooms and waiting areas, plus 56 business television connections at designated locations, requiring continuous 24/7/365 availability with programming selected for patient comfort, satisfaction, and therapeutic care.
