All work must comply with ASTM F24 standards and manufacturer specifications. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, materials, tools, and transportation, and must obtain IAT Level I professional certification, auto-belay manufacturer certifications from both equipment manufacturers, manufacturer-specific installer/repair training, and ASME/DOT trailer inspection qualifications. Prior written contracting officer approval is required before purchasing any replacement parts.
