The EtO sensor requires a patented chemical filter reducing false alarms from common interferents; the PAA sensor must incorporate a patent-pending chemical filter minimizing hydrogen peroxide cross-sensitivity to less than one percent. The Area Monitor must be compact (8" × 6" × 2"), weigh 1.6 lbs, and continuously track and display all Time-Weighted Averages against OSHA Action Level, Permissible Exposure Limit, and Excursion Limit. The system includes customizable alarm levels, remote display repeaters with LCD and audible/visual alarms, independent Area Monitors with battery backup, and a data acquisition system with real-time color-coded tracking, customizable reporting, and graphing. Onsite commissioning and employee training are required. Salient characteristics remain subject to modification prior to formal solicitation release.
