The government seeks contractors with demonstrated experience in construction services, specifically roof installation and repair, who can manage diverse customer requirements and maintain high-volume, quick turnaround project capabilities. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is anticipated to be issued in early January 2025, with an estimated contract award date in early May 2025.

The solicitation is designated as a Total Small Business set-aside, with an approved competitive procurement approach supported by the Activity Small Business Office. The contract will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) IDIQ contract, with a basic contract period of approximately 24 months and an optional 36-month extension, totaling a potential 60-month duration. The total contract value is estimated at approximately $75 million, with individual task orders ranging from $200,000 to $5,000,000, and a guaranteed minimum award of $5,000 per contract. The solicitation will be offered electronically only, with no cost for plans and specifications, and all offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
