The new roofing system must achieve 100 percent reliability with a manufacturer warranty of minimum 20 years. Contractors must include repairs for any deteriorated or damaged wood decking discovered during work within the firm-fixed-price amount. Materials must comply with Buy American requirements unless an authorized exception applies. Commercial EPDM systems from manufacturers such as Carlisle, Elevate, Johns Manville, or Versico are acceptable.

The estimated price range is $14,692 to $17,956. Period of performance shall not exceed 60 calendar days from award date.
