The base contract period runs from June 30, 2025 to June 29, 2026, with four optional one-year maintenance and support periods potentially extending the contract through June 29, 2030. The system requirements include 16 SD-capable encode channels (maximum 4 channels per encoder), uninterruptible power supply units, and the ability to control existing SAMMA-branded Indelt robots via serial control. The place of performance is located in Culpeper, VA 22701, and the system must support multiple output file formats including Archive File Format, Viewing File Format, and Library of Congress Legacy Archival Format.
