About this opportunity

The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), on behalf of the National Institute on Aging (NIA), is seeking to procure RNA sequencing services to support neurodegenerative disease research. The contractor will be required to provide total RNA sequencing, including library preparation, sequencing, and data delivery, for 324 human samples. The evaluation will be based on the offeror's technical capability, past performance, and other factors, with the award going to the most advantageous proposal. Responses are due by July 16, 2024, and the anticipated award date is July 17, 2024.

This is a non-competitive acquisition, with the sole source justification being that Psomagen Inc. has previously provided these services to the NIA, and continuity of the ongoing study is critical.
