About this opportunity

The Department of the Army Materiel Command Mission and Installation Contracting Command is seeking sources for a RightFax software renewal through a Sources Sought Notice. The procurement is for RightFax software and maintenance utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), which allows for a unique or highly specialized procurement where only one source can provide the required quality of services. The government is specifically encouraging businesses, particularly small businesses across various socioeconomic categories, to demonstrate their capabilities in meeting the requirement at a fair market price. Interested vendors must submit detailed responses by close of business on April 21, 2025, to Lauren Zuniga and Adrian Atkinson via email. The contract will be for a firm-fixed price covering RightFax Advantage FaxPulse Business Intelligence Server software, which supports centralized, paperless faxing for the U.S. Army Recruiting Command. The planned contract period is one year, from June 30, 2025, to June 29, 2026, and will cover 50 document delivery channels with integrated SQL database services. The procurement falls under NAICS code 334111 (Software Publishers) with a size standard of 1,250 employees. Market research previously conducted through an RFQ received no bids, and the current approach allows for potential future competitive opportunities as technology advances.
