Award Criteria: The Government intends to issue award to the responsive offeror whose proposal provides the best value to the Government, consistent with the evaluation and award criteria appearing in Attachment D. Award will not be made to an offeror whose proposal is determined to be technically unacceptable. The Government may determine that an offer is unacceptable if the option year pricing is significantly unbalanced. The exercise of any option years is at the discretion of the Government.
Bid MUST be good for 30 calendar days after close of solicitation.
Clarifications/Questions: Interested offerors must submit clarifications/questions concerning the solicitation by 01/18/2023 by 2:00pm E.S.T.
