About this opportunity
The Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Air Force Sustainment Center is conducting market research to identify potential contractors to provide training courses, certificate programs, and summer intern housing for Robins Air Force Base over a five-year period. The specific services required include the Master of Business in Professional Leadership Program, the Fundamentals of Business Aviation Certificate Program, and housing for summer interns in support of the Workforce Development and Training Branch at Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex. The procurement is classified as commercial items under NAICS code 611430 for Professional and Management Development Training. Interested vendors must submit a completed Contractor Capability Survey by close of business on November 14, 2025, to Jeffery Pruitt and Traci Chance, addressing their capabilities in program delivery, quality assurance processes, commerciality, past experience, and capacity to support the Air Force's workforce development needs. Both large and small businesses are encouraged to participate, with joint ventures and teaming arrangements specifically welcomed. This Request for Information does not guarantee that a formal solicitation will be issued or that respondents will receive contract awards.
This procurement carries no set-aside designation and identifies Middle Georgia State University as the known sole source contractor for the current requirement. The contract will utilize a Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) structure with a continuous 60-month ordering period, allowing payment through certified Purchase Requests and Government Purchase Cards. Tuition will be invoiced upon student enrollment with payment due within 30 days of invoicing. While specific award values or budget ranges are not disclosed in this market research notice, the five-year service period and the scope of training programs and intern housing suggest a substantial procurement. The government has not yet determined the level of security clearance required or the extent of foreign participation permitted for this requirement. Prospective contractors should note that participation in this survey does not constitute a guarantee of future solicitation or contract consideration.
