The deadline for submitting capability statements and responses to the Market Research Questionnaire is 10:00 AM PST on February 17, 2026, and all submissions should be directed to Brenna Bronder, Contract Specialist, at brenna.m.bronder.civ@us.navy.mil.

The contract encompasses services from award through May 10, 2026, with the contractor required to deliver an Event Execution Plan within thirty days of award and conduct practice sessions on May 4-5 prior to the two-day live event running from 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM Pacific Time on May 6-7. All contractor personnel must be U.S. citizens and complete OPSEC and counterintelligence training, with background investigation documentation required within thirty days of performance start date. The procurement falls under NAICS code 721110 (Hotels except Casino Hotels and Motels) with a $40 million size standard, and the government is particularly interested in identifying qualified firms, including those eligible for socio-economic small business programs such as 8(a), WOSB, EDWOSB, HUBZone, VOSB, and SDVOSB designations.
