The clinic will provide medical and mental health care services to Veterans primarily residing in Adams, Jefferson, Wilkinson, and Franklin Counties, with services to be delivered in a private hospital, office, or clinic environment. Key requirements include the ability to deliver primary care services, mental health services (either via VA staff onsite or telehealth), and support services such as pharmacy, laboratory, and X-ray capabilities. This Request for Information (RFI) is a market research vehicle and does not constitute a formal solicitation; however, respondents should indicate their interest in responding to a formal solicitation if issued. The deadline for submitting responses is December 8, 2025, at 4:00 PM CST via email to Tiffany.Lee-Franklin@va.gov, with responses limited to seven pages and must include company details, SAM UEI number, business background, capability demonstration, past performance, business size and socioeconomic status, and Veteran Small Business Certification status if applicable.
This procurement carries no set-aside designations and no incumbent contractor is identified in the available documentation. The contract structure involves a five-year term consisting of a base period plus four one-year option periods, with a tentative start date of April 1, 2026. The procurement is classified under NAICS Code 621498 (All Other Outpatient Care Centers) with a size standard of $25.5 million, and Service Contract Labor Standards will apply. The PSC category is Q201 (Medical- Managed Healthcare). While no specific award value is disclosed in the RFI, the $25.5 million size standard provides context for the anticipated contract magnitude. Interested parties should note that this RFI represents an opportunity for vendors to position themselves for potential contract award once a formal solicitation is issued.
