Services include call responsiveness (30-second average answer time, 30-minute average RN response for non-urgent calls), encounter record submission within 24 hours using encrypted or government-approved secure transfer, and monthly quality reporting by the 10th business day. Call volume ranges from 10–200 calls monthly across locations; one source document identifies pricing as fixed per-call, with confirmation pending from the contracting officer. Place of performance spans the four service units within the Phoenix Area Office.
