About this opportunity
The Federal Emergency Management Agency is conducting market research through a Request for Information on Advanced Analytics for Readiness, Response, and Recovery capabilities supporting the Response Geospatial Office, with responses due July 24, 2026 at 12:00 PM EST. This is an RFI for information gathering only and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment to award a contract; FEMA will not reimburse response costs, and responding does not guarantee participation in any future solicitation.
FEMA seeks information on ten functional areas: governance and documentation for multi-year strategic plans and geospatial program communications; end-to-end geospatial data management including discovery, curation, metadata standardization, and federal compliance; advanced analytic tools and impact analysis models for disaster response; large-scale imagery acquisition and processing at sub-meter resolution; artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions for geospatial analysis; enterprise cloud operations and system administration; cloud modernization and scalability for distributed users; cybersecurity controls and compliance with FISMA, FedRAMP, and DHS directives; rapid incident response and surge support capabilities; and project management for complex federal contracts.
Responses must not exceed ten pages (12-point font, 1-inch margins, 8.5" × 11" paper) in Microsoft Word or PDF format. Submissions must include company contact information, DUNS number, CAGE Code, Tax ID, SAM registration status, accounting and property management system certifications, applicable NAICS codes, business size and socio-economic status if applicable, teaming arrangements if contemplated, and a description of ability to perform the work. Submit to Contracting Officer Janine Bennett at Janine.Bennett@fema.dhs.gov. Selected respondents may be contacted approximately two weeks after the deadline for industry discussions.
