Pre-Solicitation Synopsis for Firm Fixed Price Award
This synopsis is posted to publicize the Government’s intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Construction Contract at the Delaware Valley Job Corps Center.
The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) seeks the services of a qualified construction contractor to complete the construction of the Storm Water Management Drainage System at the Delaware Valley Job Corps Center in Callicoon, New York.
The project is to provide construction services to complete construction of the renovation and improvements to the campus-wide storm water, management drainage system. Associated work includes, but is not limited to, phased installation of drainage piping, catch basins, and associated demolition; excavation, trenching, grubbing, regrading of the site to create new swales and control drainage. Also included in the project are miscellaneous paved roadway restoration, grounds restoration and related work.

Period of Performance
NTP to Substantial Completion: 210 calendar days
NTP to Contract Completion: 240 calendar days
Invitation for Bids
In accordance with Federal Acquisition (FAR) 14.408-1(a) award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the invitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and price-related factors included in the invitation. Award shall not be made until all required approvals have been obtained.
Who May Respond
