About this opportunity
The U.S. Army's Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) is issuing a Request for White Papers (RFWP) with the intent of awarding an Other Transaction Agreement for Prototype (pOTA) for a Counter-small Unmanned Aerial System (C-sUAS) capability. The RCCTO seeks solutions to design, build, test, and deliver C-sUAS systems that can operate in a robotic and autonomous systems (RAS) contested environment. The C-sUAS solution must be capable of integrating with existing DoD robotic systems and Army C2 systems, providing non-kinetic electromagnetic attack capabilities to disrupt small UAS threats. Responses are due by April 18, 2024, and the evaluation will be based on technical approach, qualifications/experience, and affordability. The government may request proposal submissions and cost proposals from the most advantageous offeror(s) following the white paper evaluation.
This opportunity is not set-aside, and the NAICS code and PSC are not specified. There are no named potential incumbents or current contractors, and the award value or budget range is not provided. However, the government is seeking 12 operational prototype systems with a period of performance of approximately 27 months from award.
