About this opportunity

The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground seeks to procure Image Intensifier Night Vision equipment in support of the U.S. Army Security Assistance Command, with quotes due September 24, 2026 at 3:00 PM ET. The procurement requires 920 units of Image Intensifier Night Vision with green phosphor (P43) per NSN 5855-01-600-6033/281040 and 122 units of Image Intensifier Night Vision per NSN 5855-01-504-4589/A3297300, both with accessories. A maximum Figure of Merit of 1600 applies under FMS case technology release provisions. All items must be new equipment only with manufacturer's warranty; no remanufactured or gray-market items are acceptable. Offerors must submit quotes for both CLINs to be eligible for award; a single award will be made covering both line items.

Award will be made using Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable evaluation methodology without discussions, though the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if necessary. The NAICS code is 333310 with a 500-employee size standard. Quotes must remain valid for 60 days following the RFQ closing date. Questions were due July 22, 2026. Submissions must include current SAM registration, UEI, CAGE code, and FAR representations and certifications per Clause 52.212-3. The Government arranges and pays for shipment; vendors must submit Shipping Instructions Requests to DCMA Transportation with 15 days' notice prior to pickup.
