Update #2 ·

Amendment 01: Extends Due date/time for submitting questions to 5:00PM Eastern, on 5/30/2018.

Update #1 ·

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) has a persistent mission to process original negative "wet" film as well as a mission to reproduce positive film copies from original negatives.  This mission supports U.S. treaty obligations, with predetermined specifications for how much film will be received, timelines in which it must be processed, and how it must be delivered for follow-on analysis.

To meet these obligations, NGA requires up to 10,000 feet of wet film to be processes, twice per month.
