About this opportunity
The Executive Office of the President (EOP) Office of Administration is conducting a Request for Information to identify contractors capable of providing space planning data management software on-premises installation and support services. The RFI seeks commercial off-the-shelf integrated workplace management system (IWMS) solutions that will consolidate manual space data processes currently performed through Excel and AutoCAD into a single software platform. Key requirements include containerized Linux-based architecture using Kubernetes deployment, real-time API integrations with the government's on-premises Human Capital Management system and Parcel Tracking system, comprehensive functionality across space data management, reports creation, move management, space planning and analysis, and dashboard capabilities. The solution must meet White House Information Technology security minimum standards and support Single Sign On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) through Azure Identity Management. Personnel security requirements mandate Tier 5 Investigation eligibility and Top Secret clearance for all contractor personnel with physical or network access to EOP facilities. Contractors must submit questions by March 16, 2026 at 12:00 PM EDT and formal RFI responses by March 20, 2026 at 12:00 PM EDT to Contracting Officer Heather Poindexter and Contract Specialist Jeanniene Warner via email, with responses limited to five pages.
No set-aside designation has been applied to this procurement, and no current contractors or incumbents have been identified in the materials provided. The RFI does not specify an award value or budget range, as this is a planning-purposes-only inquiry with no commitment from the Government to award a contract or pay for submitted information. The requirement encompasses management of approximately 1.7 million rentable square feet across 9 buildings, 3,800 rooms, 3,700 employees, and 20 business groups at the EOP campus. The period of performance is 12 months from contract award. All business sizes under the applicable NAICS 541519 (Other Computer Related Services) and PSC DA01 are encouraged to submit responses demonstrating their capabilities and availability to provide the requested services. The Government explicitly stated it may use RFI responses to downselect vendors for a subsequent formal solicitation and reserves the right to request additional information from respondents.
