About this opportunity
The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) on behalf of the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID). The purpose of this RFI is to conduct market research to identify industry practices for training and incentivizing contract employees who are required to meet special qualifications, specifically enrollment in the Biosurety Personnel Reliability Program (BPRP), to support USAMRIID's mission requirements.
The objective of this RFI is to gather information from businesses on contract structure, payment terms, and employee incentive strategies for similar requirements involving specialized personnel qualifications. USAMRAA is interested in learning how organizations have structured prior contracts, how they incentivize employees to complete the BPRP enrollment process quickly and continue providing services after enrollment, and how they bill the government during periods when employees are not able to fully perform at the required labor category due to the BPRP enrollment process. Responses to the RFI are due by 1300 Eastern Time on May 30, 2024, and should be submitted via email. There are no set-aside requirements for this RFI.
