About this opportunity

The Department of the Navy Naval Sea Systems Command has issued a Special Notice for a Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought on the procurement of preventive maintenance and repair services for various machines located at the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division in Crane, Indiana. The equipment supports the Electronic Warfare Program and includes over 70 machines across multiple buildings.

Contractors are asked to provide information on their ability to perform annual preventative maintenance, on-call maintenance, scheduled repairs/upgrades, and provide phone/email support. Responses should address the availability of trained technicians, the specific equipment the contractor can support, and the commercial billing process. While no funding is currently available, the government may contact respondents for clarification. Interested parties can submit company and product literature, white papers, and past performance information by the closing date of April 19, 2024. This RFI does not constitute a formal solicitation.
