About this opportunity
The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) has issued a Request for Information (RFI) for the Global Service Proxy (GSP) III contract opportunity. This Special Notice was posted on August 22, 2025, and falls under the NAICS code 541511 for Custom Computer Programming Services and PSC code DA01 for IT and Telecom Business Application/Application Development Support Services. The RFI is specifically seeking industry input regarding NGA's proposed acquisition strategy for GSP III. This is strictly an information-gathering exercise and does not constitute a formal Request for Proposal or any commitment by the government to proceed with a contract award. The agency emphasizes that no unsolicited proposals will be accepted at this time.
The primary purpose of this RFI is to gauge industry interest in the GSP III contract, assess industry understanding of the draft Performance Work Statement, obtain feedback on the planned acquisition approach, and determine appropriate portions for Small Business Set Aside consideration. Responses must be submitted by 4:00 PM ET on September 23, 2025, providing interested parties approximately one month to prepare their submissions. Access to this RFI requires a classified Acquisition Research Center account and access to a Top Secret network, with alternative arrangements available for cleared contractors without network access through a reading room visit in Chantilly, VA. The government will not reimburse any costs associated with responding to this RFI, and participation in this information-gathering phase is not required for potential future RFP participation. Contractors must possess appropriate security clearances to access the classified materials and participate in this process.
