About this opportunity
The Defense Health Agency and Veterans Health Administration seek proposals for a non-personal services contract to modernize and sustain the Joint Patient Safety Reporting information technology solution. The contract would provide enterprise software licenses and maintenance for the current RL DATIX incident reporting and dashboard application as well as licenses for an upgraded RL Datix investigations, corrective actions, and business intelligence tool. Additional requirements include help desk support, configuration management, testing, training, and implementing the modernized solution on a cloud hosting platform. Responses to the Request for Information are due by November 20, 2023 to facilitate release of the subsequent Request for Proposal in the first quarter of fiscal year 2024, with estimated contract award in the second quarter.
The acquisition has no set-aside designations. The predominate NAICS code is 541511 for custom computer programming services and the primary PSC code is D399 for information technology services. The current solution is provided under a contract held by RL Solutions. The estimated period of performance is from March 2024 through March 2029 spanning one base year and four option years. The draft Performance Work Statement estimates the value between $50-100M over the five year ordering period.
