About this opportunity

The International Development Finance Corporation has awarded a limited-sources follow-on order for Reporting, Data, and Documentation Management Services to FI Consulting under DFC's multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreement on September 14, 2026, with an estimated total value of $1.5 million.

The justification cites FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(C), permitting limited consideration to a logical follow-on order when the original order was competitively awarded. FI Consulting was the incumbent contractor on the original competitively awarded call order issued in Fiscal Year 2024 under predecessor BPA 77344421A0014. The DFC's Office of the Chief Financial Officer requires these services to support ongoing portfolio valuation work on both a fair value and Federal Credit Reform Act (net present value) basis. FI Consulting has developed specific knowledge and expertise regarding DFC's data environment, reporting processes, systems capabilities, and previously developed reporting and data management tools that would be costly or difficult to replicate. The order includes a one-year base period and four option periods. Place of performance is not specified. Proposed pricing will be evaluated against established labor rates under the current BPA to ensure fair and reasonable pricing. The order was issued under successor BPA 77344426A0008 in the interest of economy and efficiency.
