Work must be performed in phases minimizing operational disruption, with 10–20 windows worked sequentially while maintaining full functionality of non-active windows during business hours.

Pricing is firm fixed price in New Israeli Shekels with three Contract Line-Item Numbers: CLIN 001 for complete project installation across all 20 windows and waiting area speakers; CLIN 002 for 11 windows in the NIV/IV section; CLIN 003 for 9 windows in the ACS section. Contractor personnel must obtain personnel security clearances, vehicle access permits, and identity badges through the Regional Security Office; no cellphones are permitted in the building.

Contractors must employ authorized manufacturer representatives with CTS/CTS-D certifications and minimum five years' industry experience, comply with OBO electrical codes and ANSI/AVIXA standards, provide warranty management and spare parts, deliver on-site training, and conduct scheduled maintenance visits during the one-year warranty period. Quotations must include completed pricing table and contractor information; detailed scope and pricing are in the SOW attachment. The Government reserves the right to award multiple contracts, cancel the RFQ in whole or in part, and reject proposals unreasonably low or high in price.

Notice text
