The contractor must recover and properly dispose of existing refrigerant per EPA requirements and maintain the existing boiler-based hydronic heating system by reconnecting and testing heating piping and controls. Period of performance is thirty calendar days from Notice to Proceed, with standard work hours Monday through Friday, 0800–1500. The contractor must provide a minimum one-year warranty on labor and installation workmanship.
